We specialize in rental and sale of wedding gowns and dresses in Malaysia. Not only do we rent a good range of beautiful wedding gowns off-the-rack, we also welcome customisation orders for wedding gowns, both for rental and sale. We also have exclusive pre-wedding photo shoot packages with photographers and actual day deals for our valued customers. Customised packages are also available on request.
What are the prices like and how long can I rent the wedding gown?
We have a good variety of gowns and wedding dresses in various rental prices. There will definitely be one wedding gown that will fit into your budget. The duration of the rental period for the wedding gowns is 5 days (1 event)
What if I only need the wedding gown for 1 day? Would it make any difference to the price?
We regret to inform that the same rate applies. We seek our valued customers’ understanding that the costs involve in the rental of wedding gowns revolves around alteration, dry-cleaning and maintenance.Hence, whether a gown is rented for 1 day or 5 days, the costs are the same. The 7-day rental period is from the date of collection to return.
I need the wedding gown for more than 7 days, what should I do?
Should you need to rent the wedding gown for more than 7 days, we will just apply the late fee of RM20 per day until the day youreturn the wedding gown.
I would like to use the wedding gown for BOTH my pre-wedding shoot and my actual day, what should I do?
Should you prefer to rent the same gown for both your pre-wedding shoot and actual day, you just need to top-up RM280 (w.e.f from 2016). However, should you decide to change the gown, separate rental charge willapply. If you wish to keep the gown,you just need to top-up RM600 to keep the gown (subject to the availability),which is actually a more worth-while deal.
How much do I need to top-up if I want to keep the wedding gown?
You just need to top-up RM600 on top of the wedding gown rental price if you would like to keep the off-the-rack wedding gown. (subject to availability) For evening gowns, the top-up value is RM650 (depending on designs).
Do you have men’s suits for rent?
Yes, and more will be coming.
How much are your Made-to-measure wedding gowns?
MTM services are available at affordable prices. Moreover, you can opt to rent or purchase. Please contact us for a quotation.
What do your rates include?
Our gown rental rates and prices include dry-cleaning,steam-ironing, alteration to fit. However, for gowns on clearance sale, these services will be separately charged.
Do you have any recommended make-up artists and photographers?
Yes, and we have packages that comes with make up artists and photographers.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit your boutique?
We strongly recommend you to schedule an appointment as we want to ensure that each couple has a dedicated consultant(and a fitting room!) and we will give first priority to our schedule dappointments. We will certainly accommodate walk-ins if possible but we encourage you to make an appointment to avoid disappointment.
As such, we would also appreciate if our valued customers could keep to the appointments. However, we understand that sometimes there is a need to cancel or postpone the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instance, we would appreciate a call or SMS to inform us so that we can reschedule and open up the slot for other customers.
